Foto Italiana Seattle!

Few places in the world offer photographers the endless opportunities found in Italy. It's no mistake this central European Country in the shape of a high fashion boot possess a unique beauty of its own. Be it the landscapes, the architecture, the seascapes, the people or even the 15th century cobblestone streets, Italy looks good on KODACHROME. Now in the top spot for US travelers going abroad, the biggest challenge a photographer has in Italy is where to buy more film or another flash memory card!

Traditionally the FOTO-ITALIANA Gallery Show is presented in the Center House. This year, due to construction, a smaller version will be presented inside the Fisher Pavilion where FOTO ITALIANA curator Angie Joyce has assembled a one-of-a-kind collection of images from several accomplished photographers & 2-D Artists.

Furthermore, FOTO-ITALIANA will have an outdoor kiosk with smaller works, note-cards and the like at the top of the East Fisher Pavilion stairs. A portion of each purchase stays with Festa Seattle to continue its legacy of "Celebrating All Things Italian."
