Cooking Demonstrations
Every hour throughout the weekend, between 12 noon and 3:30 pm, a different chef is featured “live” on our La Cucina Galbani® Cooking Stage, located on the Fisher Terrace — the rooftop of the Fisher Pavilion. Every year we line up some great chefs and (post-pandemic) they usually hand out samples of their wonderful dishes. Come for the food, stay for the fun!
Sponsored by Galbani Cheese and presented by Isernio’s Sausage and Merlino Foods. Additional tour support provided by the Mediterranean Inn. Our MC will be Martin Nigrelle.
